Early this morning, my ‘Ma’am’ was confronted by an old Asian lady (not a Filipino) and she was asking for a 3D/2N Hong Kong - Macau Package for December, and don’t have any prepared rates yet. While my ‘Ma’am’ was still looking for some options she kept on nagging the tour details she wanted so my ‘Ma’am’ can’t write it all down all of a sudden, of course. We didn’t expect that she will be so high tempered, arrogant and impatient and she kept on blabbing unnecessary words. After she left, we just laughed about it. If I was in here position, I don’t know if I could handle that kind, I adored how my ‘Ma’am’ stayed calm and patient. I wish I can tell my ‘Ma’am’ this photo.
